TrustUs was founded on a simple observation: the cybersecurity industry had become bloated with large firms, lengthy procurement cycles, and account managers who had never touched a command line. Rehan decided to do something about this.
In 2024, operating from a well-equipped home office with a reliable internet connection and strong coffee, TrustUs began offering enterprise-grade cybersecurity services to clients who needed results rather than headcount. The response was encouraging, or at least not discouraging.
Today, TrustUs serves a growing portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, supported by Claude — an AI system that handles documentation, analysis, and several things Rehan finds time-consuming. Claude is not an employee. This distinction is important, primarily for tax purposes.
The firm's philosophy is simple: do excellent work, communicate clearly, charge fairly, and never pretend to have resources you do not have. We have one person. We are very good at telling you that.
